Each year, Red Lodge Proud & Beautiful and the Red Lodge Area Chamber of Commerce put on a fireworks display. To raise funds for the fireworks, they offer “Ground Zero” tickets to large donors to watch the fireworks display from very close-up. My wife and I volunteer each year to staff the gates and guide visitors.
In 2022, they decided to add plaques at the Chamber office to honor large donors, and I was asked to create a 2-part ticket that would admit donors to Ground Zero and also provide the Chamber with the information for the donor’s plaque.
The ticket uses the branding (logo, colors, fonts…) that I helped to create for the City and the Chamber of Commerce.
Tools used for this project
- Dreamstime to purchase stock photos of flag and fireworks
- Adobe Photoshop to edit photos and create the ticket
- Adobe InDesign to put tickets in a 3-up format for printing on 8-1/2 x 11 paper
